我今年五年级，一直以来根本对英文毫无兴趣。直到我遇见一位专门教英文的老师，才使我对英文产生了浓厚的兴趣。这位英文老师是我五年级的老师。我们都叫他Sir，或是张老师。Sir的年纪有点大，看起来六十岁或七十岁。

很多老师说Sir是学校的老臣子，经验丰富，在学校服务多年，让他教我们英文真是三生有幸。Sir很严肃，不平易近人，就因为这样很少同学愿意听他的课和很少老师和他谈话。每当在上英文课时，同学们似乎把Sir当作是“透明人”一样当作他不存在，你说你的，我说我的。

我是班长，每个星期三我都得去办公室把功课交给老师。我看见老师们都有说有笑，唯有Sir独自一人看英文书，让感觉我好心酸。

老师们日盼已久的教师节终于来临了！老师们穿得漂漂亮亮的来学校。表演已开始了，我望来望去都看不到Sir的踪影。我感到好奇怪呀，全校的老师都下来了，怎么没看到Sir呢？我去到办公室顺道把教师节礼物放在曾经努力教过我的老师的桌位上。我无意中看见Sir在他的桌位上批改我们的作业，我感到很奇怪。我向前去问Sir再送Sir礼物。Sir的桌上没有一份礼物，我想没同学送Sir礼物。

我问Sir：“Sir，为何不下去看表演呢？”Sir说：“我昨天去洗肾，还没改你们的作业，而且考试即将来临，我担心你们赶不上，我必须赶快改好，让你们回家温习。”我感动得眼泪快从眼眶涌出来了。我立即收回眼泪，忍住。我和Sir说：“那您赶快改好，赶快下来。”Sir只说：“嗯”。

表演已结束，Sir果然没来，我相信他应该为了批改作业而忘记下来吧。一天，我听到一些“八卦”同学说：“希望Sir今天没来教书，每天上他的课我都觉得好闷。”我非常生气，Sir那么好，他们竟然这样说Sir。我把那天在教师节的来龙去脉告诉他们，他们才感到很惭愧，要求我带领他们向Sir道歉。

英文日记(篇3)

1.注意日期、星期和天气的书写位置.

日期和星期要写在正文的左上角，其顺序多是“星期+月、日、年”，也有把星期放在后面的，如“20xx年11月22日，星期一”可写为“MondayNovember22，20xx或November22，20xxMonday”.天气情况应写在正文的右上角，如：Fine，Rainy，Cloudy，Windy等.

2.关于标题的书写.

在日期和天气的下一行中间可以写上日记小标题，也可以不写标题.

3.关于正文的书写.

正文是关于一天生活的记载，也是日记的主题.在书写正文时要做到：

1）要选择当天感受最深刻、最有意义的事件来描述，不要写成简单的流水仗；

2）日记的内容多是亲身经历和耳闻目睹的事情，所以要用第一人称来写；

3）日记多是在当天晚上来记述当天发生过的事情，因为动词时态常使用过去时，但使用时必须灵活掌握，如景物描写、议论某事、对话引语等要使用现在时态；

4）日记应以时间发生的先后顺序来展开，并且要简明扼要，条理清楚，写出真实感.

3：能力（技能）介绍部分：如果缺乏求职经历,可以将社会求职细节放在求职经历中,这样会填补求职经验少的缺陷.比如,在做团支书,学生会主席等社会求职时组织过什么活动,联系过什么事,参与过什么都可以一一罗列.

4：结尾：求职信的结尾,应注意表达,珍惜求职机会与如果得到职位后将不遗余力的表现决心,希望招聘单位给予自己施展才华的机会等.另外,不要忘了注明正热切盼望雇主的回复.

5：附件：毕业证书,资格证书,获奖证明应列好表单,附于求职信后.需要注意的是英文求职信的附件是很重要的.

1：在信中您必须要以一两句话来表达您为何会对您所应征的求职感兴趣.

2：告诉收信人您是从何处获悉雇主有职位空缺,这实际上是协助雇主从事他的招聘统计求职,比如是报纸广告,或电台,政府劳工处等等.

7：措词项直接,不要转弯抹角.要给雇主一个印象您所感兴趣的是他的单位与他所提供的求职性质,而非您自己的个人兴趣.您也须表示礼貌,但不要太过份,更不要表示谦卑.

8：不要为您的技能,经验过份夸张而使人产生自吹自擂的感觉,也不要过份谦躬,必须有碗讲碗,有碟讲碟.也不要自称品学兼优,勤奋好学,求职态度认真等等,这些应该是担保人说的话,不是您自己说的话.

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

而之所以境况又是如此的不同，也许只是缘于二者之间努力的方向与起步的高度，及其人生的际遇不一样罢了。

这些无需为生计担忧者，他们也许是缘于幼年勤学，也许是来自少壮努力，也许是得益于家庭背景抑或某种机遇。但我从那些黄马甲身上看到的并不是怨天尤人，而是一种踏实和满足，因为，从他们那一招一式的洒扫动作中，除了一种令人欣慰的健康之外，更多的则是一种坚强的品格与坦然的情怀：他们不屈于生活重担的压力、不惧于世俗眼光的歧视、更不计较劳与酬的不成比例……

运动有益于人的健康，但健康同样也少不了良好的心态。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀?毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

今天挺老实讲名词性从句的语法课。从接触语法至今，语法一直让我很头疼，语法规则记了又忘，或者记住了也不会应用，从来做题全凭自己的主观判断。说好听点叫语感，其实有时候就是在瞎蒙。已经不记得自己的高中语法课是怎么上的了，印象中似乎没有真正上过语法课，又或者我根本就听不懂语法课。

这节课老师把知识点讲的很细，我学到了不少东西，也第一次真正懂了一些语法规则的内涵。就像老师说的，“你的明白为什么选这个而不选那个，不是单纯的用汉语翻译一下通顺了就行了，而应该用具体的规则来解释。”一下子让我茅塞顿开，这些规则原来就如同数学的公式原理，要用他们来做题。只有这样，做语法题是即使读不懂句子也能分析出句子的各个成分，也就知道怎么去做题。

真是那句话：学无止境。对于英语基础知识差的我正好可以借这个机会好好补补，慢慢掌握用语法规则来做题。并且要学会问为什么，搞明白一切，只有这样才能教会学生。

由于我的英语指导老师只上一个班的课，一周也只有五节课，要是再因为什么事情耽搁一下，我一周根本就听不了几节课。总是想多听几节课，于是便去听其他班的课。正好有一个同学要讲课，借此机会便去听了她的课。

这是一节讲解练习题的课。总体感觉她讲的挺好的，很自然，学生的热情也很高，课堂气氛很活跃。对于刚刚走上讲台的我们，能有如此水平已属不易了。但从她的课中也发现了一些小的问题，缺少与学生的眼神交流，并且束缚于讲台。

听完这节课收获颇多，真正看到了“启发式”教学的应用，像“看到什么了呀?”“它是什么意思呀?”“看到它你想到了什么呀?”这样的课堂指令一下子把学生的思维给激活了，并且可以借此机会充分驾驭课堂。这给我积累了经验和教训，在保证正常的授课外还要注意细节的把握，如学生的注意力、兴趣等。同时要尽量的摆脱讲台的束缚，走到学生中间去，给每位学生直接的眼神交流，还要注意课堂时间的掌控。

总之一句话，在学习中进步，一切充分准备。

今天给学生批给了试卷。总体给我一个感觉：态度不端正。作为考试，学生却以自己的喜好做题，不想做的题就空着，答题也不规范，作文有的只写几句话应付了事，有的干脆不写。

回想自己高中时的学习，跟他们似乎是隔了一代。那时候的我们对待考试极其的重视，根本不会出现选择性做题的情况，可今天的他们又是怎么想的呢?

我知道他们英语基础很不好，为此我很焦虑，总想着带给他们点什么，想尽我所能帮助他们，然而却不知从何处下手。

这些孩子绝对可以说是衣食无忧，并且还是家中的独生子独生女。虽然有好的家庭，接受现代化的教育，可为什么基础还是那么差呢?小学三年级开始有英语课现在都高一了连一百字的作文都写不出来。很是诧异今天的学校教育，素质教育下教出的到底是什么样的人才?虽说是德智体美劳全面发展，但当前的大局势还没有改变，还是应试教育，还是得考试，有些东西还是得背得记，成绩还是会决定命运，可这又能说明说什么呢?

或许我只看到了其中比较差的一面，可这却是现实存在的问题。他们同样在接受素质教育为什么会有如此大的差距呢?虽然好坏是必然存在的，可他们的优势又在哪呢?

我只能是在这发发牢骚。我改变不了大环境，能做的只有尽我所能在这有限的一个月里给他们尽量多的帮助。

今天，我上了人生中第一节课，一节以老师的身份真正的给学生讲的英语课。虽然以前或多或少的做过课堂模拟教学，但面对一群真实的学生还是第一次。

整节课下来，并没有预想的那么难，面对学生也并不紧张，一切算是按部就班的进行。讲完课后也并未有想象的那么累，虽然讲到最后几分钟嗓子开始发干，但心情还算平静，表情也很自然，跟学生互动也还好。整节课内容很多，没有控制好时间，只是讲到哪算哪。在这节课后半部分，可能由于单纯地讲单词有点枯燥，学生的热情也减少了。

课后，跟指导老师沟通了基本的情况，整体上得到了肯定，只是在细节上还存在很多问题。首先，内容上扩展太深，太细，涉及的内容超出了学生的当前水平。其次，课堂指令上，对每一个环节要进行的内容缺乏明确的引导，课堂指令发送不到位，环节过度上太突兀。最后，不了解学生，对学生当前的水平不了解，对他们的心理也不清楚。

根据老师提出的几点建议和自己的反思，也意识到了自己的不足。整节课节奏太快，内容太多，似乎是在灌输，没能让学生及时的巩固。问题总是在所难免的，针对这些问题，要在今后的实践课中慢慢的纠正，尤其是课堂指令，要留心老师上课所使用的课堂指令，体会不同指令的差别。我相信会越来越好。

二、日记的要求

三、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;
