可能是我接受新事物比较慢，也可能是我习惯用老软件。

1.大家最担心的可能是语法，而实际上这是我最不担心的，我只要求在平时讲解或复习归纳语法时，大家要认真听好课、做好笔记和练习。要把英语语法的基本条条记牢，并经常运用到使用英语的实践中。背例句是学语法理论的好方法。平时在做题时遇到语法疑问时或自己查阅语法书看其相关练习，或问同学问老师，这时是心中有疑问而学，理解力和记忆力都是最强的。

2.单词积累一定要花大力气，早晨和零碎时间是最好的，可以利用早晨背，晚上复习的方法，每天至少背十个，背单词的顺序是读准音，英汉互译，最后背拼写，按音标记拼写，能造个例句就更好了这样能连其用法一起掌握。也可以把难记的词汇写在卡片上，贴在桌上，床头或随身携带，用零碎时间看看记记或同桌互相考查。特别要注意的是温故而知新，每天背新词之前一定要把背过的词汇复习一下，不然就是背的没有忘的快了。

4.写作最能使人感到英语学习上的不足，最能提高对语言的敏感性和吸收能力。要常写常改常背，写作文觉得难，可先从造句，翻译入手，应随时记下并背熟常用的“句套子” (包括一些复杂结构，如定语从句，非谓语动词短语，强调句型等等 )和惯用语，并多多练习套用仿写。背范文更是好方法。还要练习用好连接词语，因为连接词语用好了，可以使意思表达更准确，文章更顺畅。有一点需要提及的是不要生造中国式的英文。所以模仿最好了。另外在生活中尽可能“心译”你接触的东西，如一闪而过的广告，偶尔听到的话语。这是一种休息方式，也是一种训练写作的方式。

5.朗读和听写是学外语最有效的训练方法，基础阶段必须坚持。利用好晨读时间，读时更是要用心，边看边读边记。在平时的学习中，如果学厌了，不必勉强继续，但不要放下不学，可以变换一下其它的学习方法和形式，如改听录音，听英语歌曲，看外语电视节目等，这样也可以训练听力语感。

When I was very small, the elder always told me that if I did not study hard, then I wouldn’t change my fate by making little money. Though we have been educated to be nice to others, or offer our help when someone is in need. But during recent years, so many bad guys make use of the public's kind hearts and then people start to become cold. But still we can see the inspiring news and feel the world is nice. A girl from America was stuck in the wild land at midnight, because her car was ran out of oil. When she got out of the car and checked the oil, a tramp walked passed. He asked the girl to stay in the car, then he showed up again with a bottle of oil. When the girl wanted to pay him, she found she had no money at hand. The tramp knew her problem and just let the girl go home safely. 英语是一门实践性和人文性都很强的学科，高中英语作文教学尝试。高中英语教学的目的是指导学生更好地进行语言实践，努力使基础知识转化为言语技能，并发展成为运用英语进行口头和笔头交际的能力。英语书面表达是对学生的组织和应用所学知识的能力的考查，也是检验学生学以致用的水平的主要形式。但是在平时的教学中，老师们常常抱怨相当一部份学生的作文中语误繁多，辞不达意，句式单一，甚至逻辑混乱。既使花了相当的时间和精力进行写作训练，大多数学生的写作水平仍是原地踏步，收效甚微。应该采取什么措施加以训练才能培养学生写出内容充实，用词贴切，行文流畅，既有丰富的达意功能和交流功能，又有一定的修辞手法的佳作呢？现将本人在教学中的几点尝试小结如下：

（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：

（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴近学生学习和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。

（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。

（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在平时学习中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。

（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的'小册子，用以整理和订正练习和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。

(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。

（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在平时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到平时的每一环节。

（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练习，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。

（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。

（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。

（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。

（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。

（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学习和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。

（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练习或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。

（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。

（4）开辟习作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的习作中选录一些篇章，刊登在习作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的习作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学习，在学习中竞争，在竞争中提高。

（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在平时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。

总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

想要在高考英语作文中拿高分，背诵一些范文是很要必要的，但是会背更应该会仿写。同时在写作时，一定要一定要有决心把它写好，有信心把意思表达清楚。还要注意清英语中的表达习惯。

善于仿写

一些同学的办法往往是背一堆范文，然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作，真正的模仿重点永远要放在一定的句式结构上，而非个别的词汇。有一个句式说：“for the simple reason that”表示某种现象的原因是什么，用在高考(课程)写作中，我们就可以拿来解释为什么自行车在中国如此的流行：“The bicycle is very popular in China for the simple reason that”。然而，很多同学一谈到原因仍然是“because”。如果要表示“总是能够”的概念，很多同学提笔就会写canalways，但理想的句子应该是用双重否定表示强烈的肯定，用neverfailto。

要细心观察

注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用“itisn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作“itisnot”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

1. 良好的书写习惯

字迹清楚美观的作文常会受到阅卷老师的青睐，而字迹潦草，乱涂乱画的作文则被老师诟病，并直接影响到老师的评分。因此，建议考生考前不妨做做“表面文章”，每天就当消遣放松般地练字10-15分钟。(有心人曾经做过实验, 把一篇内容完全一样的书面表达给十个人誊写，然后给不同的人打分，就因为整洁度不同，最高分和最低分差别有将近十分! )如果本来字就不是特别漂亮，那么至少要学着写得清楚。一个单词各字母的间距和字间距都需适当，字体过大过小的书写都是应该避免的。临考前作业的书写特别要有意识地写得工整些，以免在考场上手忙脚乱，涂涂改改，留下遗憾。

2. 良好的读写习惯

临考前每天的作业要以限时训练的形式完成，沉浸其中全身心投入地去完成每天的作业，限时作业一方面使自己更能专注高效的去完成任务，另一方面也在为自己考试能更好地进入状态做准备。一般情况下，单选完形两项限时完成时间为25分钟左右，阅读(任务型阅读也包括在内)40-45分钟，20-25分钟左右构思及完成书面表达，在加上20分钟左右的听力，120分钟的`时间已经只剩下10分钟左右，还要涂卡花去5分钟，再检查一遍一卷涂卡是否正确。

4. 良好的考试习惯

写作教学是高中英语教学的重要任务之一，是高考英语试题的重要组成部分，也是高三英语学习的一个难点(英语教学中的一个薄弱环节)。从近几年高考试题中书面表达所占分值比例及其发展趋势来看，其语言写作在高考中占有越来越重要地位。不少学生虽然经过高一、高二的学习，但由于新授课教学任务重，大多数教师为了赶进度，注重知识点的传授，在日常的教学中对写作这一教学环节重视不够甚至无暇顾及写作课。所以多数高三学生还是对写作充满畏难情绪，且写作质量低下，错误百出。如何在高三学生时间紧、任务重的情况下，省时高效地提高学生的英语写作能力呢?经过多年送高三的探索与实践，笔者认为运用模仿范文写作的方法对于提高学生写作水平是一种便捷、有效的途径。下面结合近几年的教学实践来谈谈自己的一些措施和方法。

俗话说，模仿是最好的老师。“临本描摹”自古以来就是是一种有效的学习手段。 “熟读唐诗三百首，不会吟诗也会吟”说明了模仿在写作中的作用。模仿不仅是母语习得的重要途径，同时也是二语习得过程中一种行之有效的方法。特别是在非自然语境下的外语学习，学习者只有通过各种途径获得范例，在模仿、对比分析中掌握语言规律，才能有效地培养自己的语言能力。仿写(Imitating Writing)，也有人称模写，(模仿作为英语写作的有效方法之一,指的是仿照现成的词语、短语、句子、段落、文章,甚至中心思想来写出与模仿对象相似的英文语言形式。)是指导学生模仿英语中比较精彩的词句、段落进行模仿写作。范文模仿法是一种行之有效的写作教学法提高写作的一个捷径。模仿范例能直接提高学生谋篇布局和衔接上下文的能力。

那么在高三英语教学中，主要采取以下的方法进行范文模仿写作的训练。

一、搜集、并分类整理范文。

高考对书面表达的考查内容涉及记叙文、说明文、议论文、应用文(书信、调查报告)、表格及汉语提示类材料作文、看图作文、开放性作文等。由教师提供各种各样的不同体裁、题材的英语写作范文和模板。范文可选择全国各地历年高考作文，学生优秀习作。英语作文模板有图表作文、书信作文模板、话题作文、对比观点作文。具体内容包括：说明原因型、对比观点类、解决方法题型、明利弊题型、求职信、欢迎词、通知、广播稿图画、个人想法、写信。期中议论文的框架模板包括：(1)不同观点列举型、( 选择型 )(2)利弊型的议论文 ( 3 ) 答题性议论文图表作文的框架 ( 4 ) 谚语警句性议论文

二、采取“一读二背三模仿”三环节。

1、对每一篇要练习的范文，首先要理解范文并读熟。反复地大声地朗读对于培养学生的语感有着积极的作用。其次在阅读过程中，教师要指导学生认清体裁，分析文章，讲明各种文体的要求,并给予必要的提示。范文在结构、格式、内容要点、语法修辞、大小写和标点符号与语言习惯上给学生以导向，认真观察注意文章的主体时态和语态。学生了解作文题可分自由式、半控制式和全控制式。高考的“书面表达”题历来采用全控制式，亦称指导性写作。它的体裁、内容和篇幅都有明确的限定。

2、熟背英语范文，出口成章。学习语言首先是模仿，而模仿和背诵是密不可分的，对提高写作水平很有帮助，特别是当自己还写不出地道的英语句子时更是如此。通过背诵，熟悉并掌握一些英文的习惯用法，了解英美人的思维方式，使自己的英语表达地道准确，从中可以体会出命题人对书面表达的目的和要求。特别注意范文中好的词、句子结构、过渡词要熟记在心。总结出高考写作中出现频率极高的一些高级词汇，高级句型，让学生随身携带，随时记忆、随时复习、随时扩充，背诵是增强语感的好方法，也是积累语言材料的好方法。在范文背诵过程中，在写作实践过程中，你可能会豁然开朗：提高写作原来真有捷径!

3、模仿训练

学生通过读、背连个环节，积累了句法、词汇等知识和素材，从范文中得到一些启发，这时再进行模仿训练，熟练运用所学的各方面的技巧，高质高效地完成写作任务。一般计划是:每周安排一种类型的写作，一至二篇范文，先教师课堂讲解，然后学生课堂上或课外模仿范文写短文二至三篇。

三、模仿训练(注意事项)遵循的原则

高中起始年级的写作教学大多注重词、句的翻译，而忽略文章的布局结构。所以在训练时，要引导学生不仅要模仿短语、结构词和句式表达，而且要注意篇章的结构的仿写。仿写时，不要盲目动笔，要先分析，仔细审题，包括审体裁、人称和时态等题目要求。写出要点，先找出材料所包含的主要要点，然后尽量选择合适的范文或模板，套用学过的，熟悉的句子结构、范文结构逐一在草稿纸上写出每个要点的英语表达。不要把模仿变成抄袭，而是通过模仿产生自己的见解，并能融会贯通，能通过模仿来产生创新。学生经过比较规范的答卷和自己的作业,可初步衡量出自己的答题的准确度,找出差距,及时查出作业中的毛病。要教会学生根据不同体裁选择适当的行文方式。最后进行必要和适当的检查，加以完善，之后誊写清楚同学们应该根据写作内容列好简要提纲，分清文章的层次，确定详略，写好的单句要重新排列组合起来，使之前后连贯成一篇完整的文章。同时选用恰当的关联词或句子使文章过渡自然，行文流畅。另外，该分段时要分段，这样文章才能中心突出，一目了然，整篇作文才能如行云流水般整齐划一。

落实讲评,及时反馈信息,是提高学生书面表达能力不可缺少的一项工作。教师可以抽查部分学生的习作, 有选择地对个别学生进行面批，也可以让学生互评，组织学生参与到活动中，并在活动中不断地鼓励学生，使其获得成功的喜悦，不断增强其成就感，从而调动学生的极积性和主动性。批阅过程中,，教师要做好必要的记录，充分准备好讲评内容，及时纠正学生作文中的错误，肯定他们的劳动成果也得不到。有的放矢的讲评，对学生写作能力的提高是不言而喻的。认真记录习作中存在的带有普遍性和典型性的错误讲评课时印发给学生讨论修改,然后教师发表见解。要求学生对照自己的习作,将错题收集到各人错题笔记本里去,以便借鉴查阅。将较好的习作张贴出来,或讲评时读给全班学生听,给予鼓励。

我通过这次观摩和聆听了老师们的评课后，对英语阅读课的教学总结了以下三点感想：

一、在以后的阅读教学中，教师应当特别关注教学活动的价值。在阅读课的设计过程中，老师需要始终思考一个问题：教学活动为什么而设计?能否达到这样的目的?这样的活动是否符合学生的实际?一定要站在学生的角度去设计问题。

二、教师应给与学生充分的阅读时间，让学生通过多读文本，然后积淀出一些东西。学生是文本的加工者，而不是被动的接受者。教师需要引导学生走进文本，进行多角度阅读，进而加工信息和思想。老师应该为学生搭建桥梁。学生不仅是阅读的主人，更是阅读教学过程中的主人。

三、课堂教学的活动衔接要自然、清晰、和谐。无论是教师还是学生，在课堂用语上尽量用完整、丰富的句子。

虽说英语课教无定法，但这次听课我感触很深，听了这么多节节英语课和点评，我有了很多收获!我将把观摩会上学到的所有宝贵知识，仔细思考消化吸收，并在今后的英语教学中分享与实践!

　高中英语听课反思篇三

一序

日前，区教育局教研室精心组织了一次以“如何提高高中英语阅读教学的有效性”为主题的高中英语阅读教学观摩课活动。来自区内四所高中以及部分初中的50多名英语老师济济一堂，倾听了应邀前来的鄞州区优秀青年教师骆敏洁和温宏娟老师执教的两堂阅读教学课。

刚刚在本次市教坛新秀评比中脱颖而出的两位年轻老师对高二必修5 Unit 3 Reading和高一必修1 Unit 5 Reading两课进行了精彩的演绎。她们为明港中学高二(8)班和高一(6)班同学送来了两堂精品课，为听课老师就“提高阅读教学的有效性问题”展示了模本，明港中学英语组对两位老师的课进行了全程录像，老师们就事先设计的“课堂45分钟观察”有序分工，认真记录。并按教研室要求征集了与会教师对《高中阅读观摩课教学活动听课反馈》的问卷调研。

课后，鄞州区英语教研员屠一宝老师从英语阅读教学的目标、内容、方法和效果等方面对两堂课进行了精彩的点评。区教研室主任张曙波老师参加了本次活动，并与在座的一线英语老师们就如何提高英语阅读教学有效性问题进行了面对面的交流和互动，大家畅所欲言，受益匪浅。

二悟

一堂好的阅读课，往往给人感悟和启迪。办公室的老师在一起交流时，几乎异口同声称赞这两堂课真的值得我们好好学习。张曙波老师在给与会的老师的交流中语重心长地说：“我们教师往往花很大精力备文本，却易忽视学生与文本，以及教师学生文本三者之间的交流;在挖掘文本时更不能忽视语言，这样才能促进学生后续的无限阅读能力的延伸。”其实这席话是很对症下药的。因为课堂45分钟效益的有无，优劣直接影响学生语言习得，感悟与内化吸收。

两堂课中，温老师的课给我的感触比较深，尤其是其中的两点。第一点，在上曼德拉这单元的第二篇阅读中，Elias 之所以会义无反顾地为曼德拉去效力，黑人们会炸毁政府办公大楼，是因为当时黑人面临的三个状况将黑人几乎逼至绝境。当时我记得自己在备课时，找了一些“黑人遇见白人警察总有事情发生”的图片，也在脑中涌现出三个观点：黑人好像当时没有受教育权，没有与白人一样工作的权利，没有选举权。因为我看见过一副漫画，一个黑人小孩坐在旋转的木马上，呐喊：在这旋转的木马上，我们和白人孩子有无区别?!但温老师却独到地采用表格形式将黑人的现状列为：选举权;工作权;生存权。为阅读文章曼艾两人关系作了铺垫，扫清了阅读障碍，一目了然，上课指令很清晰，我印象很深。

第二点难忘的是：赏读文本。记得我们明港中学英语组上次去杭州源清中学听课，一节语文课上，上的是《湖心亭看雪》，当时源清中学的老师就是将这篇文言文阅读课的赏析作为一个重点来突破。课堂上，用启发式提问让学生以小组合作的形式加以概括和提炼，与温老师的相似，尤其在最后都选取了原文本中精华的片段，打到PPT上，让学生划分“句子意群”，把握朗读的停顿与节奏，然后再要求学生在配了音乐背景的情况下把它有感情的朗读出来。学生摇头晃脑，抑扬顿挫，倒也读得饶有趣味。这一幕，让我感怀良久。因为很多时候，我们在梳理文脉，解释语言点，句子联展翻译，短文填空中“纠结”和“悲摧”，一节课几乎没怎么留给学生有独自朗读，进入文本语境的时间。但，文本的语言首先是可读可背诵的。语言教学在高中阶段阅读课里往往被我们给护忽视了;而高中阶段的阅读文章，是介绍地震也好，保护野生动物也好，介绍人物曼德拉也好，较之初中Go for it 教材3a文本而言，语言是很地道很流畅的，跟其同样具有美感的文本语言还有就是近几年高考的阅读理解篇目考题，有些为经典英文原著的节选——语言行文是很流畅一气呵成的，具有磅礴的气势和音韵美。像诗歌单元，像马丁路德的I have a dream,完全可以在高级句式的成分被划分后，找到节奏感，完全可以让学生在课堂上朗读文本，领悟文本中所包含的作者的思想感情，让他们自信满满，于抑扬顿挫中实现学生之间，学生与文本，与作者的融入和交流。

三感

我觉得人分三种：感性，理性，感性和理性兼而有之。

我想最后谈谈对屠老师的感觉。很幽默很风趣——感性和理性兼而有之。第一句话，与我们交流的竟然马上把我“震撼”了：

“在座的北仑的英语老师：

解开了一艘波光粼粼里小舟的罗曼蒂克的缆风光迷离在我们的眼前”(我关注到我们很多英语老师都马上被感染了)”，接着，屠老师给我们细致分析了两位上课老师的阅读课思路：从把握文本作者情感的变化到过渡衔接的无痕自然;从上课设置悬念到画龙点睛地去回顾;从交际法的上课使用到文本每个段落点出的动词，形容词运用。

语言都是相通的，正如普天下“妈妈”的发音一样。因为有缘，我拜读过屠老师写的中英文诗集《缘督诗心》，我跟他交流时，他问我感觉怎么样，写得怎样。我说，有点像徐志摩(都有对英国剑桥大学的回忆)，也有些像余光中，比如“李白醉酒呵成剑气成霜吐出一个盛唐”，屠老师笑了。但真性情，倒是实在。一般真性情的人都喜欢喝酒，酒里面的境界，也确实多多;我想，高中文本阅读也如饮酒，足以值得我们一试二尝三醉。
