当我迈进凤凰双语小学的大门，成为其中一员的时候，我就已经深深地感受到了凤凰双语小学这个大家庭和美做人的风格，踏实做事的氛围。正是这种氛围使我们的学校兴旺发达，我们的老师进步，我们的孩子快乐成长。

在这里，每一位老师的默默无闻、无私奉献让我佩服。一次次公开课的打磨，一点一滴的成长进步，我所在的低年级组每一位前辈们的批评、指导、肯定和鼓励都是我成长的不竭动力，一步步走来，我的每一次成长都凝结着他们的辛劳和付出，在这个温暖的大家庭里我体会最深的是“你不是一个人在战斗”。

作为一名年轻的凤凰双语人，我们有理想有激情有闯劲儿，但我们缺乏经验，教学理念有待更新，业务水平有待提高，教学经验有待丰富，业务知识有待拓宽，这都是我们与老教师相比存在的差距，此时的我们正如卯足了劲儿却找不到奋斗方向，总是忙得团团转的蚂蚁，此时，学校的师徒结对活动为我们叩开了一扇通向成功的大门。

我们的每一位师傅都是一座富矿，他们有的有精湛的教学艺术，有的有丰富的教学经验，有的有完善的教学体系，这些都是值得我们学习和借鉴的地方。除此之外我们还要学习师傅们爱岗敬业、无私奉献的精神、教书育人、严谨治学的教风，只有虚心向学，虚心请教，才能够让自己更快的成长。在还未正式走马上任为教学师傅的时候，刘老师就经常在教学工作上对我进行指导和帮助，师傅的这种倾囊相授，让我大为感动。

学习，是我们学生最大的责任和义务，学习是同本之举，是源头活水，庄子曰“吾生也有涯，而知也无涯”，知识是力量，学习改变命运，爱学习我们才能在知识的海洋徜徉，才能能为自信，自强，自立的一代青年。

节约是中华民族的传统美德，是我们民族世代相传的精神财富，也是我们这个民族百折不饶、生生不息的力量源泉。节约这种美德为世代中国人所崇尚。早在春秋时期，俭朴就作为一种公德，为智者仁人所大力倡导。《论语》中就有“夫子温、良、恭、俭、让以得之。”其中“俭”就是节俭。意思是孔子具有包括节俭在内的五种品德，所以能赢得人们的信任。墨子也极力主张要在衣、食、住、行、丧葬等方面“制为节用之法”。“节约”符合“天德”。奢侈浪费就是“亏夺人衣食之财”，侵害别人的生存权。《左传》中说：“俭，德之共也，侈，恶之大也”。把俭朴作为培养良好道德的基础，把侈奢看成是一切恶行的根源。诸葛亮在《诫子书》中说：“夫君子之行，静以修身，俭以养德，非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远”。多少年来，在中国社会发展的各个时期，艰苦朴素、勤劳节俭都作为一种被社会普遍认同的传统美德，得到倡导、保持和发扬。这也是我国由小到大、由弱到强的重要因素。

祖国的强盛是我们每一个中华儿女的心愿，但爱祖国不是一句空话。周恩来总理说得好：“为中华之崛起而读书”。所以，爱国，我们首先应从爱学习开始。我们可以确定一个一个的小目标，比如：要在一个月内养成先做作业再玩的习惯，要在每天抽出半小时阅读课外书籍等，一个目标达到了我们还可以确立下一个目标，这样逐步达到最终目标。让我们尽早确立一个个奋斗的目标，知难而进，去迎接求学路上一个又一个非凡的成功吧。当然取得优异成绩的同学不要骄傲，因为需要我们去努力的还有很多很多；成绩不太好的同学也不要灰心，也许你目前不能取得优异的成绩，只要你耐心主动学习，用心学习，我相信你只要迎难而上，最好的胜利一定属于你。只要我们用心来学习，只要我们认真去做了，那也就是爱学习了。
