一、英语面试一般包括三轮：
chie介绍说，第一轮面试一般由公司人力资源部的人员担任考官，他们会从你的个人简历出发，询问一些有关个人的问题，比如请你用英语做一个自我介绍。有些公司也会有一部分英语笔试，主要考查应聘者基本的语言运用能力。
