三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师

必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。

就专业知识而言，我酷爱学习英语。英语一直是我喜爱的学科，每当我学习英语的时候，我会感到兴奋，感到余味无穷。我常常把我学习英语的感受告诉我的学生，鼓励他们热爱英语，激发他们对英语的学习兴趣。有时我还把我学习的内容，比如新闻、历史人物等拿到课堂上和我的学生一同欣赏，有时干脆用作教学的素材、练习的题目。通过不断的学习，我的专业知识不断提升，课堂教学也紧跟时代步伐。每每有外出学习的机会，我都争取参加，我曾多次到郑州、北京等地参加培训。每次学习，我都成绩优异，其中2002年参加油田组织的由外教老师授课的暑期英语培训班，我以平均96分的优异成绩，夺得第一名。

四年里，荒唐的时候多多，醒悟来自于一次巨大的打击。慵散的时候把一切都放下了，一切都无所谓，无所谓所有的争利，可谓超然。游离于尘埃之外，不关注，不了解，不参与，那时可以说是最舒服的时候，要是人生都能这样过下去该是多么惬意。人的社会性决定这是一个短暂的时光，仅仅能维持一年。但是在接下来的几年内，我也并未偏离这一轨道太远，当初高中的苦难已经让我看淡了很多很多。自己的出身，自己的收获完全看心态是否能安然。若能安然，就能认为他人得到的都很正常。若耿耿于怀，就会认为社会对自己很不公平，就像社会欠了自己似的，甚至想着报复社会，却不能反向考虑，你对社会又付出了什么，凭什么社会都该让着你，都该补偿你!做好该做的事，有所为，有所不为，不要执拗一时得与失，多走走看看，走的路多了才能释然。

最后想一下四年的收获，学习了专业知识，可不太精。学会了羽毛球、乒乓球，仅能娱乐而已。从对电脑一无所知到能解决一些电脑问题。考上研究生是有心栽花花不发，无心插柳柳成荫。未来路漫漫，结果如何，唯有天知道，能做的尽力而为，至于毕业之后能做什么，取得什么，有所期望，但也不会苦苦追寻，平平淡淡才是真。

大家好!

我叫刘__。上幼年时曾作过许多色彩斑斓的梦，当个播音员、或者当一名电视节目主持人是我最大的梦想。于是，我利用一切机会学播音，练演讲，说相声，打快板，表演舞蹈，主持节目。我参加爸爸所在部队的春节文艺晚会，我表演的快板书绕口令受到战士们的热烈欢迎。

我深深的知道，作一名合格的播音员或者电视节目主持人是一件非常不容易的事情，成长的道路上会有成功的喜悦，但更多的是失败的沮丧;会有收获的幸福，但更多的是耕耘的艰辛。但我有勇气、有决心去面对这一切。于是，今天，我站在了同学们中间。

我的缺点主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自己的事不上心。上六年级的时候，学校就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。现在，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。不过，我一定要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。

另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到通过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也希望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自己的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过老师不少责备。我也希望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。 我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。
